This weekend, Tracy and I made sushi for the first time. We were pretty proud of ourselves. As you can see, we made the avocado roll first (it's a bit messy). Tracy's folks came from Arizona for Thanksgiving, which provided us the opportunity to prepare our first Thanksgiving feast. Had were turkey (obviously), mashed po', roasted yams, stuffing, greenbean almondine, sautéed corn and green onions, cranberries, rolls… you know, the works, and all prepared by T and me. So it was fun and educational!
